Spine Surgery Specialist

Dr. Hitesh Modi is a fellowship trained PhD qualified spine surgeon with specialization in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine, spinal deformity and cervical surgeries. He has completed his training in Canada, Hong Kong & South Korea. After completing Orthopedic specialization from Medical college Baroda, India, he completed PhD (Spine) from Korea National University, South Korea. Dr. Modi has been awarded prestigious Russell A Hibb's award by SRS in 2010. He has published more than 125 publications in peer reviewed journals. He has also earned MBA in Healthcare Management from BITS Pilani. 

Dr. Modi is currently working as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Spine Surgery at Zydus hospital, Ahmedabad, India. It is a 550 bedded multispecialty tertiary care center in the western region of India in the state of Gujarat. It is one of the largest hospital in this province. Dr. Modi operates more than 300 spine surgeries per year.
